Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by contacting me the same way you set up your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. If it is past the 48 hour mark, you can contact me on Facebook messenger (my personal page or my hair page) or call the salon (7402959425) to cancel or reschedule. Please at least give me 48 hours notice so that I can offer your reserved time to another client on my wait list. If you cancel in less than 48 hours or no show, you lose your deposit and must pay a new deposit in order to schedule a new appt. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, however be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, I reserve the right to NOT reschedule you again. Deposits are nonrefundable! Further more…If you cancel or reschedule in less than 12 hours before your appointment, or no show, you are responsible for 100% of the service. This is because if you are my 9am appointment, and you cancel overnight and I wake up to that, I will not have time to contact anyone to fill your spot. You will not be rescheduled until you have paid the full amount. Put yourself in my shoes… imagine going to work and not getting paid. Imagine waking up and having to work outside of work hours to now rush and try to contact people to fill spots last minute while you’re already trying to get ready for the day and get your kids off to school.
